Garlic Parmesan Herbed Butter

INGREDIENTS

1 stick unsalted butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley 

2 T. chopped fresh chives

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper


INSTRUCTIONS 

Place softened butter into a mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients, and combine thoroughly. Using a spatula, scoop out the butter into the center of a piece of plastic wrap, and form butter into a log. Wrap tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.



*Place in an airtight container for packing in the cooler.
