Frozen Peach Bellini
This sparkling Italian cocktail favorite, made with less alcohol and served frozen, is a great addition to a summer brunch.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. frozen sliced peaches
1 cup chilled Prosecco
½ cup peach nectar
3 cups ice
1 fresh peach, washed and sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, Prosecco, peach nectar and ice and blend until slushy. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish with a fresh peach slice. Makes 4 servings.
