Cranberry Casserole
INGREDIENTS
4 cups chopped apples
2 bags fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
½ cup oats (don’t use quick cooking oats)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp.cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ cup chopped pecans
6 pats butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a smaller mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter, and bake, covered, 45 to 50 minutes.

Press cookie dough into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool in a pan on a wire rack. Create topping spread. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar. And vanilla. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange blueberries, strawberries and raspberries on top. Serves 12.
