Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

1 ea 7” pita or flatbread

4 tbsp Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread

3 oz cooked diced chicken

2 tbsp chopped scallions

2 tbsp chopped celery

3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles

1 oz cayenne pepper sauce (hot sauce)


INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Spread the Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread evenly across 1 side of the pita or flatbread
  2. Sprinkle the chicken, scallions, celery and blue cheese crumbles over top of the pita or flatbread
  3. Bake at 350º F until crispy on bottom and cheese begins to brown
  4. Lightly drizzle hot sauce over top and ENJOY
