Mocktail Mojito

This refreshing and vibrant mocktail captures the flavors of a traditional mojito by combining fresh mint leaves, lime juice, club soda and a hint of sweetness. 

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 3 tablespoons lime or lemon soda
  • ½ cup club soda
  • Mint leaves for garnish if desired

Add mint, sugar, and lime juice to the bottom of a rocks glass. Crush mint with muddler. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

 Margarita Mocktail

  • Kosher salt and lime wedge, for rim optional
  • 2 oz. sour mix
  • 2 oz. lemon-lime soda
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • Lime wedge or slice for garnish if desired

Place the Kosher salt on a plate if using. Rub lime wedge around the edge of the glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt to coat.


In a cocktail shaker, add sour mix, soda, lime juice and crushed ice. Shake well, and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice  if desired.


Virgin Bloody Mary

  • Bloody Mary salt and lime wedge, for rim optional
  • ½ cup tomato juice, preferably low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice or olive brine
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 dashes hot sauce, to taste
  • Dash black or cayenne pepper

Place the Bloody Mary salt on a plate if using. Rub the lime wedge around the edge of a highball glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt to coat. Fill the glass with ice.


To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add tomato juice, pickle juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce and pepper. Shake well, and pour into prepared glass.  Garnish with any of the following:

  • Pimento-stuffed olives
  • Celery stalk
  • Lemon wedge
  • Cheese cubes
  • Cornichons
  • Shrimp
