Spicy Black Bean Hummus
INGREDIENTS
1 14 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 14 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/4 cup tahini
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
2 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smoothly pureed.
- Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with additional chili powder olive oil on top before serving.
