“Berry Delicious” Fruit Pizza · Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
1 16 oz. package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup confectioner’s sugar
¾ -1 cup blueberries
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup raspberries
Additional fruit (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 ͦ F. Press cookie dough into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange blueberries and sliced strawberries on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve!
