Maple Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup pure NYS Maple Syrup (recommend grade A - very dark color & strong taste )

½ cup Balsamic vinegar

2 tsp dijon mustard

1 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Place vinegar, Pure NYS Maple Syrup, mustard, salt and pepper to taste into a blender
  2. Pulse to combine, then add olive oil in steady stream as you continue to blend.
